Warranty/Return Policy

IntexCorp.com Refund Policy (If Purchased Directly from Intex Only)

Any product purchased directly from Intex either online at www.intexcorp.com or over the phone with one of our Consumer Service Agents at (800) 234-6839 has a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery with the following conditions being met.

  • PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED AND RETURNED IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITIONS
  • Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.
  • Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Consumer is responsible for sending the merchandise back at their cost. (We recommend using a traceable method when sending product back.)
  • Initial shipping cost for merchandise returned that meets all reimbursement criteria is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase will be issued upon us receiving merchandise and all conditions have been met.

Defective / Incorrect Product Return Conditions

  • If a defective / incorrect product was received, please call Intex at (800) 234-6839 prior to returning the product. The issue must be reported to Intex within 15 days from the date the product was received.
  • Intex Consumer Service agents will then provide further instructions to rectify the situation.

Refunds / Exchanges If Purchased Through a Retailer (Not Bought From Intex)

You must contact the original place of purchase to inquire about their refund or exchange policy.
